Steak Diane & Zinfandel
I have never made Steak Diane before because I usually like my steaks simple with no sauce added or extra seasoning except salt and pepper. But, my mind has been changed 🤔. We loved this sauce over the filets with sweet potato puree and roasted asparagus. It was easy and quick to prepare. The Furrow Zinfandel went great with it. The wine was elegant with lots of jammy red fruit 🍒perfect with the sweet potatoes. All the pepper in the sauce and marinade really complimented the zin too.
